Once the order is accepted, you will be redirected to the Kiehl's site to see the summary of your order.
Please be careful not to close the payment page before the redirection to our confirmation page which provides your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email.
Kiehl's reserves the right to refuse to process an order if it does not provide all the necessary guarantees to ensure a compliant and secure payment and in the case of suspicion of fraud or unlawful activity as enforced by European and local laws.
Any order implies payment. Appropriate legal actions will be engaged in case of fraudulent payment.
In order to provide to you a secured transaction, Kiehl's can trigger 3 D Secure protocol for authentication purposes. After having entered your credit card data, you will then be redirected to your bank’s page or online application, in order to comply with their authentication protocol.
In the case of a physical return it will take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at our facility.
Upon receipt, it will be proceed to your refund within 1 to 2 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, it can take 5 to 7 business days to post to your account.
